Molly Newbery manages the Mental Health Law department.  Molly runs a large case load, she represents people who have applications before the Mental Health Tribunal. Molly will meet you at your hospital or community setting and talk you through the process of applying to the Mental Health Tribunal.  Molly will explain the procedure to you in a calm and approachable manner.  She is an excellent lawyer who has a passion for representing those currently detained under the Mental Health Act.  

Molly joined the firm shortly after completing her law degree, she is now a solicitor apprentice with this firm
